Satisfaction Our technicians are professionals. Their skill, attitude and workmanship are unmatched. The soles of their shoes will never touch your carpet and they will clean up when the work is finished. Our technicians will complete the work promptly and courteously. They are drug-free and will not smoke or swear in your home. If they do not perform in accordance with these high standards, you don't have to pay until you are completely satisfied. If we cannot satisfy you, we will reduce your invoice by whatever amount you consider to be fair.

Performance When the system we installed is maintained by us and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's use and care manual, we guarantee the system will achieve the following ACCA-recommended indoor design temperatures - 75: F in the summer when outdoor temperatures are at or below 92: F and 70: F in the winter when outdoor temperatures are at or above 22: F - or other design temperatures mutually agreed to prior to system installation, at your thermostat. When a digital thermostat provided by us is included as part of your system, we promise a temperature variance at the thermostat of no more than plus or minus 1: F from its setpoint. We will make any modifications, repairs or replacements to the system necessary to achieve these temperatures at no additional cost to you for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation provided no alterations or additions to your home that could adversely affect the operation of the system have been made during this period of time.

Equity We understand that a quality comfort system represents a significant investment and we guarantee you will not find a better combination of value, price, performance and life-cycle costs than we can deliver. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to review any competitive proposal with you. If you do find a comparable package for less within 30 days of purchasing a system from us, we will match our competitor's price and will give you an additional $50 bonus for allowing us to earn your business.

Conformance When the system we installed is maintained by us and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's use and care manual, we guarantee that if we are unable to repair or correct any defect or condition that substantially impairs the use, value or safety of the system after at least two (2) attempts within two (2) years following the first repair attempt, we will replace the affected component - indoor or outdoor unit - in it's entirety at no additional cost to you provided the first repair attempt occurred within one (1) year of the date of installation of the system.

Service When the system we installed is maintained by us and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's use and care manual, we guarantee that you will never pay a premium to have us service your system at times which typically are not considered normal working hours.
